The company operates a modern manufacturing plant with an annual production capacity of 2.5 million Blower motors, catering to the growing needs of the automotive industry. GYDK’s manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced automated systems to ensure precision, consistency and high productivity. The production setup includes sub-assembly lines involving shaft staking, brush holder assembly, yoke and magnet assembly process, fully automatic main motor assembly line and final assembly line for motor and flange assembly.

Quality assurance is a core focus at GYDK, with inspection and testing processes benchmarked against global standards.

The facility is equipped with advanced quality control instruments such as Digital Vernier Calipers, Height Gauges, Micrometers, 3D Vision Machines, Roundness Measuring Machines and Roughness Testers. These tools ensure that every motor meets stringent dimensional, performance and durability requirements before reaching customers.

A seasoned manufacturing and operations professional with over three decades of hands-on experience in quality management, TQM/TPS systems, process optimization and end-to-end plant operations. Commonly known as turnaround manager, Mr Bansal is recognized for driving fast execution, strong process standardization, and a Kaizen-focused culture of continuous improvement with systematic approach.

As a collaborative and disciplined leader, he emphasizes on clear communication, cross-functional teamwork, and strict adherence to robust systems to achieve world-class manufacturing performance.

His career spans notable organizations including Denso India, Goodyear and Hitachi Astemo, where he progressed from Trainee Engineer to senior roles across quality, TQM, new product launches, project management and full operations leadership. He has played a pivotal role in multiple greenfield plant establishment projects from concept development to successful mass production.

He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, strengthening his technical foundation for delivering operational excellence. His contributions have earned notable recognition, including the Denso President Award for best manufacturing practices.
