Plant 1

PTR (Pipe, Tube & Rotor)

The first plant is the leading manufacturer of air-conditioning piping components, include connector sub-assemblies, Hose Assembly, tube connectors, charging valves, magnetic clutch rotors and idler pulleys for automotive AC compressors.

The Global Autotech Limited state-of-the-art machining facility is equipped with advanced technologies such as automatic end-forming machines, spinning and bulging machines, 3D CNC bending systems.

Automatic brazing machines and precision leak-testing equipment. This plant showcases production of Hose Assemblies & Connector Sub-Assemblies. Machining Facility with End Forming Machines: The facility uses end-forming equipment that ensure superior accuracy, consistent quality and reliable performance.

The facility features modern equipment such as Auto Brazing Machines for precise jointing, Leak Checking Machines for 100% quality assurance and Spinning & Bulging Machines for accurate end-forming operations.

This combination of advanced technology and process control allows us to achieve consistent product reliability and meet stringent customer specifications.

Plant 2

PDC (Pressure Die Casting) PSS (Piston, Swash, Shaft)

The second plant was established in 2004. Motivated by the goal of achieving self-reliance, minimizing product development costs and gaining a competitive advantage, the company has made significant investments to strengthen its Research and Development capabilities.

This plant is a comprehensive setup encompassing all aspects of product design, development and validation and has a fully functional Die Casting Unit with a dedicated Machining Centre catering to several major OEMs and Tier-1s in addition to the PSS (Piston, Swash Plate & Shafts) Unit. We have Fully Loaded Application Life Cycle management tools that are used in an environment to ensure process compliance.

This is the largest Full Squeeze Die Casting Technology setup. We have set a new standard in metal manufacturing, delivering industry-leading precision for the highest performance. We produce very intricate castings through the High Pressure & Squeeze Casting process with complete in-house Machining, Heat Treatment & Tool Room facilities for Die maintenance.

The PSS unit produces piston and swash plates for HVAC units, steel shafts for Power Steering Systems and Transmission shafts for EVs.
